Dance! Thursday, October 29th at 5:30 p.m. Get ready to move your feet to some
Latin beats!
Core Pilates
Let's go to the core of the body! Pilates strengthens our powerhouse, improves
our balance and posture, increases coordination and decreases stress! We will
focus on breath awareness, correct form and effective movement patterns by using
our ab muscles, hip/pelvic floor, low back and spiine.
Yoga
Mix Let's mix some basic yoga passes, flow and strength together to make
the perfect class geared toward all levels of yogis. This class will offer an
individual challenge to the mine and heat to the body.
Bootcamp
Are you ready for the ultimate individual challenge? We will move through low
impact exercises outdoors and in (depending on the weather), that will make you
sweat and breathe heavy! Take this BB workout at your own pace, but be ready to
challenge your comfort zone!
